Administrative Assistant

Job Overview

The IT Company is currently looking to fill up our “Virtual Bench” or “Roster” of “A Players”, specifically to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This individual will work directly with and for the CEO and with the entire executive team. This indivdual would assist in a variety of tasks on a day to day basis from scheduling, filing, billing, preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other administrative duties as directed.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of executive calendars
  • Management of corporate electronic files
  • Coordination of corporate recruiting activities
  • Ordering of supplies for office including food, drinks, office supplies, etc
  • Electronic and paper filing of various documents and records
  • Assistance in billing tasks such as invoice review, quality control, etc
  • Reviewing of letters, memos and proposals for grammar, content and typographical errors

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with executives in small business environment
  • Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendars and Social tools such as: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Strong english skills in grammar, punctuation and content
  • Vocal, hard working and a deep desire to serve

Bonus Points:

  • Exerience with QuickBooks
  • Experience in the IT or IT Managed Services Markets
  • Background in event planning, marketing and coordination
